Please check the availability of our condo at 2 BR Calendar to assure the dates you want are open.   If your dates are available simply Contact Us and complete the Inquiry Form.  We will send you an E-Mail as soon as possible that confirms the availability of your dates, explains total cost of lodging and the next step of the process.

To secure your reservation you will be required to send us a signed Rental Agreement , a copy of your drivers license and a $150.00 deposit.  $25.00 is for processing fees and $125.00 is held as a fully refundable security deposit provided terms of  Rental Agreement  are met.

We accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders.  You can also pay using your VISA or Master Card by calling us at (931) 334-6810.

We will hold your dates as pending for 5 days.  Once we receive the rental agreement your drivers license and the appropriate funds, we will reserve your unit and send a confirmation E-Mail.  Your outstanding balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to check in, forty-five (45) days for monthly rental periods.  Prior to your vacation we will mail the property pass and keys directly to your home.
